The extraction of nonpolar and semipolar natural compounds was conducted by Hexane and Ether, respectively. After condensation, the prepared samples were injected into gas chromatography machine equipped with mass spectroscopy; and mass spectra obtained, using Eight Peak reference, and Kuats index (KI) and its conformity with standard Kuats index was also assessed.The compounds in Hexane-Ether phases were identified. Based on the results, in the Hexane phase of sea cucumber issue, there were nine compounds including: 2-0ctanol (5.23 %), 5 Methyl 2-Hexanol (8.05 %), 2-Nonanol (2.5%), Cyclohexasiloxane, Dodecamethyl (2.09%), 3-Hydroxystearic (1.66%), Methyl Arachidonate (20.65%), 1, 4, 8, Dodecatriene (21.71%), Oleicacid (30.27%), and, I-Dodecanol (2.52%). There were also seven compounds in the Ether phase including: Tetradecane (0.63%), Palmitoleic acid (1.23%), Palmitic acid (1.63%), Oleic acid (40.31%), Stearic acid (3.40%), Methyl Arachidonate (28.62%), and 1, 2- Benzendicarboxlic acid (2-ethyl hexyl) (2.71%). We found that in both phases the main ingredient is Oleic acid. The investigation of antioxidant activity was conducted by the OSI and Rancimat apparatus. We detected no antioxidant activity in the sea cucumber compounds.}, keywords = {HOLOTHURIA,ANTI OXIDATION,OSI,RANCIMAT}, title_fa = {شناسایی ترکیب های طبیعی ناقطبی و نیمه قطبی موجود در خیار دریایی (.Holothuria sp) خلیج فارس و بررسی اثر آنتی اکسیدانی آنها به روش (Oil Stability Index (OSI}, abstract_fa = {  در این پژوهش ترکیب های ناقطبی و نیمه قطبی موجود در خیار دریایی (Holothuria sp.) جمع آوری شده از سواحل بندرلنگه، با استفاده از روش Bligh & Dyer استخراج شد. استخراج مواد طبیعی ناقطبی موجود ابتدا بوسیله نرمال هگزان و سپس ترکیبات نیمه قطبی با استفاده از دی اتیل اتر انجام شد. پس از تغلیظ شدن، نمونه های تهیه شده به دستگاه گاز کروماتوگرافی مجهز به طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS) تزریق شد و طیف های جرمی بدست آمد. با استفاده از مراجع (Eight peak) و محاسبه اندیس کواتس (KI) و مطابقت آنها با اندیسهای کواتس استاندارد، ترکیبات موجود در فازهای هگزانی واتری شناسایی گردید. براساس نتایج بدست آمده ، در فاز هگزانی بافت خیار دریایی 9 ماده شامل: -2 اکتانول 5.23) درصد)، -5 متیل -2 هگزانول 8.05) درصد)، -2 نونانول 2.50) درصد)، -2 دکامتیل سیکلوهگزاسیلوکسان 2.09) درصد)، -3 هیدروکسی استئاریک اسید 1.66) درصد)، متیل آرچیدونات 20.65) درصد)، 1 و 4 و 8، -2 دکاتری ان 21.71) درصد)، اولئیک اسید 30.27) درصد)، -2-1 دکانول 2.52) درصد) و همچنین در فاز اتری آن، 7 ماده شامل: تترادکان 0.63) درصد)، پالمیت اولئیک اسید 1.23) درصد)، پالمیتیک اسید 1.63) درصد)، اولئیک اسید 40.31) درصد)، استئاریک اسید 3.40) درصد)، متیل آرچیدنات 28.62) درصد) و 1 و -2 بنزن دی کربوکسیلیک اسید 2.17) درصد) شناسایی گردید در هر دو فاز بیشترین درصد را اولئیک اسید بخود اختصاص داده است. بررسی اثر آنتی اکسیدانی نیز به روش SIO و توسط دستگاه Rancimat انجام گرفت، که در بررسی انجام شده هیچگونه اثر آنتی اکسیدانی در ترکیبات مورد نظر دیده نشد.}, keywords_fa = {خیار دریایی,آنتی اکسیدان,Holothuria sp,OSI,RANCIMAT}, url = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_115408.html}, eprint = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_115408_9b47ed372be9fbeef0a8ec275c47d54b.pdf} }
