In the summer of 2018, the presence of Ceratium hirundinella reported in the Iranian region of the Caspian Sea. So the present study conducted to survey trend of Ceratium hirundinella fluctuations in the Iranian basin of the Caspian Sea during the last 3 decay. The study showed that in the winter of 1995, Ceratium contained very little percentage of phytoplankton density. In the summer of 2013, contribution of the species in dinoflagellates and total phytoplankton biomass reported 34 and 31% respectively. The percentage of Ceratium participation in phytoplankton biomass increased to 70% in summer of 2018. The study also showed that the increasing of water temperature and pH coincided to the Ceratium presence recorded, compared to the same time in the study area. Meanwhile, the trophic state changed from oligotrophic to mesotrophic condition. The annual changes of ceratium (presence and abundance) in the phytoplankton composition may be a response to increase of the regional warming and anthropogenic activity. The Ceratium bloom affects the feeding of planktivore organisms and causes water oxygen decreasing, which it led to fishes killing. Recently, the tendency of aquaculture has been increased in the Caspian Sea, so the monitoring and control methods of Ceratium hirundinella should be considered in the area.}, keywords = {Climate changes,Environmental indicator,Ceratium hirundinella,Caspian Sea,Iran}, title_fa = {بررسی موردی حضور میکروجلبک Ceratium hirundinella بعنوان شاهدی بر تغییرات زیست محیطی در منطقه مرکزی حوزه ایرانی دریای خزر (ساحل فرح آباد -سال 1397)}, abstract_fa = {hirundinella به عنوان یک شاخص بیولوژیکی در تغییرات زیست محیطی و اقلیمی در نظر گرفته میشود. در تابستان 2018، حضور Cerunium hirundinella در منطقه ایرانی دریای خزر گزارش شده است. بنابراین مقاله حاضر به بررسی روند تغییرات گونه فیتوپلانکتونی فوق در حوزه ایرانی دریای خزر در طی 3 دهه پیشین پرداخته است. این مطالعه نشان داد که در زمستان سال 1374،  Ceratium درصد بسیار کمی از تراکم فیتوپلانکتون را تشکیل داد. در تابستان سال 1391، سهم این گونه در زی توده دو تاژکداران و کل فیتوپلانکتون به ترتیب 34 و 31 درصد بدستآمد. میزان حضور Ceratium در زیست توده فیتوپلانکتون در تابستان 1397،  تا 70 درصد افزایش یافت. همچنین نتایج، افزایش دما و pH آب را همزمان با حضور Ceratium در مقایسه با زمان مشابه در منطقه مورد مطالعه نشان داد. در همین حال، سطح تروفیکی از اولیگوتروف به یوتروف افزایش یافت. تغییرات سالانه Ceratium (حضور و فراوانی) در ترکیب فیتوپلانکتون ممکن است پاسخ به افزایش گرم شدن منطقه و فعالیت های با منشا انسانی باشد. شکوفایی Ceratium بر تغذیه موجودات پلانکتونخوار تأثیر می گذارد و باعث کاهش اکسیژن محلول و نهایتاً تلفات ماهی می شود. لذا پایش این گونه فیتوپلانکتونی در دریای خزر ، بخصوص بدلیل افزایش فعالیت های آبزیپروری در منطقه دارای اهمیت است.}, keywords_fa = {تغییرات گرمایی,تغییرات زیست محیطی,Ceratium hirundinella,دریای خزر,ایران}, url = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_118895.html}, eprint = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_118895_91f6a8834b4c271590cca3293fadc46a.pdf} }
