A number of 50 specimens of each sample were collected from stations of Jask port, Darak port, Pozm port, Chabahar Golf and Goatre port during spring and autumn 2016. Heavy metals were extracted from the muscle tissues using a wet digestion method. Concentration of metals was measured by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The results showed a significant difference in the accumulation of heavy metals in the tissues of both species during pre and post condition the monsoon between different stations (p<0.05). Comparisons of heavy metal accumulation in the pre and post-monsoon showed a significant difference only in the cadmium accumulation in the muscleof Spiny lobsters (p<0.05). The accumulation of Cadmium in the post-monsoon was lower than the pre-monsoon condition (p<0.05). By comparison between the results obtained from this study to the international standards defined by WHO, FDA, NHMRC and the National Iranian Standards Organization, it was cleared that the concentrations of heavy metals in brown algae soft muscle were lower than permitted levels and so not risky for health. Also, the Concentration of lead in the soft muscle of Spiny lobster is lower than allowable limits. But, the concentration of copper, cadmium and mercury in the muscle of Spiny lobster was much higher than permitted levels. In conclusion, the results of this study could show inappropriate environmental conditions of the northern coasts of the Oman Sea.}, keywords = {Monsoon,Oman Sea,Heavy metals,Algae,Lobster}, title_fa = {تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین سرب، مس، کادمیوم و جیوه در بافت نرم جلبک قهوه‌ای سارگاسوم (Sargassum ilicifolium) و لابستر صخره‌ای (Panulirus homarus)}, abstract_fa = {مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی و مقایسه میزان تجمع چهار فلز سرب(Pb)، مس(Cu)، کادمیوم(Cd) و جیوه (Hg) در بافت جلبک قهوه‌ای سارگاسوم (Sargassum illicifolium) و لابستر صخره‌ای (Panuliros homaros) در دو بازه زمانی قبل و بعد از مانسون در مناطق نوزادگاهی سواحل شمالی دریای عمان انجام شد. تعداد 50 نمونه از هر گونه‌ در فصول بهار و پاییز سال 1396 از ایستگاه‌های بندر جاسک، صیدگاه درک، بندر پزم، خلیج چابهار و بندر گواتر تهیه شد. آماده‌سازی نمونه‌ها با روش هضم مرطوب و اندازه‌گیری میزان تجمع فلزات با دستگاه جذب اتمی انجام شد. اختلاف معنی‌داری در میزان تجمع فلزات سنگین در شرایط قبل و بعد از مانسون در بافت هر دو گونه مشاهده شد (05/0p<). مقایسه میزان تجمع فلزات در شرایط قبل و بعد از مانسون اختلاف معنی‌داری فقط در میزان تجمع کادمیوم در بافت عضله لابستر صخره‌ای نشان داد (05/0p<). میزان تجمع این فلز بعد از مانسون در مقایسه با شرایط قبل از آن کاهش معنی‌داری داشت (05/0p<). مقایسه نتایج با حد استانداردهای بین‌المللی (WHO، FDA، NHMRC و سازمان استاندارد ملی ایران) نشان داد که سطح هر چهار فلز در بافت جلبک قهوه‌ای سارگاسوم کمتر از حد مجاز استانداردها بود. سطح سرب در بافت لابستر صخره‌ای نیز از تمامی استانداردها پایینتر بود؛ اما سطوح مس، کادمیوم و جیوه بالاتر از حد مجاز استانداردها اندازهگیری شد. درمجموع نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند تا حدودی بیانگر وضعیت نامناسب زیستی در مناطق نوزادگاهی سواحل شمالی دریای عمان باشد. }, keywords_fa = {مانسون,دریای عمان,فلزات سنگین,جلبک,لابستر}, url = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_119061.html}, eprint = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_119061_d4103d000b0dd7235638c576f4fad9e3.pdf} }
