The use of immunostimulants in gnotobiotic system is one of the new methods to prevent and control the aquatic diseases by realizing the mechanisms involved in host-microbe interactions. This study was designed to investigate the effect of zymosan immunostimulant on Artemia fransiscana growth and resistance to Vibrio campbelliiand Vibrio proteolyticus infections in a gnotobiotic system. Artemia nauplii were fed with killed LVS3, about 10.5×109 cells per falcon tube per day (control). Zymosan was added in an amount of 30.6 mcg per falcon tube daily in experimental treatments. On the third day, V. campbellii and V. proteolyitus pathogens were added at 5 ×10 6 cell /ml. On the sixth day of the experiment, zymosan increased the percentage of daily survival against V. campbellii (54.49±1.53) compared with control (31.72±9.87), relative percentage of survival (80±0.08) compared with control (47±0.17) and total biomass production (21.17±0.18) compared with control (9.04±4.46) (p<0.05). Although zymosan increased the percentage of daily survival, the relative percentage of survival and total biomass production against V. proteolyticus compared with the control, but the differences were not significant (p>0.05). Zymosan also had positive impact on the individual length of challenged artemiawithV. campbellii and V. proteolyticus, however that was not significant compared with the control (p>0.05). In conclusion, the results revealed that the zymosan as an immunostimulant could increase the artemia resistance against vibrio infections in gnotobiotic environment.}, keywords = {Artemia,Gnotobiotic system,Vibrio,Zymosan,survival}, title_fa = {تاثیر محرک‌‌ ایمنی زایموزان بر رشد و مقاومت آرتمیا فرانسیسکانا (Artemia fransiscana) در برابر عفونت باکتری‌‌های Vibrio campbellii و Vibrio proteolyitcus در سیستم آزمایش گنوتوبیوتیک (Gnotobiotic)}, abstract_fa = {یکی از روش‌های جدید پیشگیری و کنترل بیماریهای آبزیان استفاده از انواع محرک‌های ایمنی در سیستم گنوتوبیوتیک برای درک مکانیسم‌های درگیر در تعاملات میزبان- میکروب میباشد. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر محرک‌ ایمنی زایموزان بر رشد و مقاومت آرتمیا فرانسیسکانا (Artemia fransiscana) در برابر عفونت باکتری‌های بیماریزای Vibrio campbellii و Vibrio proteolyitcus در آبزیان در شرایط گنوتوبیوتیک صورت گرفت. ناپلی آرتمیا با باکتری کشته شده LVS3 حدود 109  5/10 سلول بر لوله فالکون در هر روز غذادهی شد (تیمار شاهد). زایموزان بهصورت روزانه به مقدار 6/30 میکروگرم به هر فالکون در تیمارهای آزمایشی اضافه شد. در روز سوم پاتوژنهای V. campbellii  و V. proteolyitus  در تراکم cell/ml 106  5 اضافه گردیدند. در روز ششم زایموزان باعث افزایش معنی‌دار درصد بازماندگی روزانه آرتمیا در برابر V. campbellii (53/1±49/54) نسبت به تیمار شاهد (87/9±72/31)، درصد نسبی بازماندگی (08/0±80) نسبت به تیمار شاهد (17/0±47) و زیستتوده کل تولید شده برحسب میلی متر در فالکون (18/0±17/21) نسبت به تیمار شاهد (46/4±04/9) گردید (05/0>p). زایموزان اگرچه در برابر V. proteolyitcusباعث افزایش درصد بازماندگی روزانه، درصد نسبی بازماندگی و زیستتوده کل تولید شده نسبت به گروه شاهد شد، اما نتوانست اختلاف معنی داری ایجاد کند (05/00.05). به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از زایموزان به عنوان محرک ایمنی میتواند باعث افزایش مقاومت آرتمیا نسبت به عفونت ویبریو در محیط گنوتوبیوتیک شود.}, keywords_fa = {آرتمیا,سیستم گنوتوبیوتیک,Vibrio,زایموزان,بازماندگی}, url = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_120436.html}, eprint = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_120436_3981b22703331baefe2b9b4b455d2fca.pdf} }
