اثر لاکتوباسیلوس های (Lactobacillus) جدا شده از روده ماهی شیربت (Barbus grypus) بر عملکرد رشد، بازماندگی و فلور میکروبی روده ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio)

چکیده

این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر تغذیه­ای باکتری­های ­Lactobacillus plantarum ، Lactobacillus bulgaricus­ جدا شده از روده ماهی شیربت بر روی عملکرد ­رشد، بازماندگی و ­فلور­ میکروبی ­روده­ کپور ­معمولی ­انجام شد. 480 قطعه بچه ماهی کپور ­معمولی ­(با میانگین­ وزن اولیه 6±40 گرم)­ به طور تصادفی­ در 4 تیمار (با سه تکرار) تقسیم و­ با­ جیره های حاوی L. plantarum  (گروه 1)،­ Lactobacillus bulgaricus (گروه 2)، Lactobacillus casei (گروه 3) با تراکم 107×­5CFU/g   و­ جیره­ی ­فاقد ­مکمل ­پروبیوتیکی (شاهد)­ به مدت 60­ روز ­صورت دستی تغذیه شدند. جهت ­ارزیابی ­میزان ­حضور ­باکتری ­و ­تاثیر ­روی ­فلور­ میکروبی دستگاه گوارشی، تغذیه از روز­60 تا 75 با جیره­ی ­فاقد­ پروبیوتیک ­صورت­گرفت. در ­روز ­75 ­آزمایش ­ضریب ­رشد ویژه­ ماهی ­تغذیه ­شده­ با­ جیره­ی­ حاوی L. bulgaricus بطور­ معنی ­داری ­در­ مقایسه ­با­ گروه­ شاهد افزایش ­یافت ­(05/0P<). در ­روز­ 60­ و 75   آزمایش ضریب­ تبدیل ­غذایی ­ماهیان تغذیه ­شده­ با­ جیره­ی­ حاوی باکتریL. casei  ­بطور معنی ­داری ­نسبت­ به­ گروه­ شاهد پایین تر بود ­(05/0P<). از طرفی میزان ­بازدهی ­پروتئین و نرخ رشد ویژه ماهیان تغذیه شده با این باکتری ها در زمان های مختلف ­آزمایش ­نسبت­ به ­گروه ­شاهد بالاتر بود. نتایج ارزیابی فلور باکتری دستگاه گوارش ماهیان ­نشان­داد ­مقدار­ Lactobacillus­ ­های ­روده ­در ­روز­30­ و60 آزمایش بطور ­معنی­داری ­در ­مقایسه ­با ­ماهیان گروه­ شاهد­ افزایش ­پیدا­ کرده است­ (05/0P<).­ در­ روز­30 آزمایش ­گروه­ 2 و 3 بیشترین مقدار­ باکتری Lactobacillus­ در­ مقایسه­ با­ گروه ­شاهد ­نشان­ دادند­ (05/0P<). ­درمجموع ­نتایج ­مطالعه حاضر ­نشان ­داد ­افزودن ­باکتری های ­Lactobacillus ­های جدا شده از روده ماهی شیربت ­در­­ جیره­­ی ماهی­کپور ­­معمولی­­ باعث­­ افزایش ­­جمعیت ­باکتری­های ­­سودمند ­­فلور­­ میکروبی ­روده گردیده و­ نهایتاً عملکرد ­رشد و تغذیه  این ­ماهی ­را­ بهبود ­می­بخشد.­

The effect of isolated Lactobacillus from gut of Barbus grypus on growth performance, survival and gut microflora of common carp (Cyprinus carpio)

چکیده [English]

This study evaluated the impact of dietary supplementation bacteria, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus bulgaricus isolated from the intestine of Barbus grypus on growth performance, survival and intestinal flora of common carp. For this purpose 480 common carp (average initial weight of 40 ± 6g) were randomly divided to 4 treatments (with three replications) and fed with diet containing 5×107 CFU/g L.plantarum (Group 1), L.bulgaricus (Group 2), Lactobacillus casei (Group3) and a diet without probiotic supplementation (As control group) for 60 days. To evaluate the persistent of the bacteria in digestive system, from the 60 th day to75 th day, experimental fish were fed with diet without probiotics (control). Results showed that Specific growth rate of fish fed diets containing Lactobacillus significantly higher compared with control group (P<0.05). Fish fed diets containing L.casei had significantly lower FCR than the control group on 60 th and 75 th of trial (P<0.05). The protein efficiency ratio and specific growth rate of fish fed the isolated bacteria at different times of trial was higher compared to fish fed than control diet.  In general, results of intestinal micro flora assessment showed that Lactobacillus bacteria significantly increased in fish fed with dietary probiotic at 30 and 60 of trial (P<0.05) and groups 2 and 3 showed the greatest amount of Lactobacillus compared to the control group after 30 days of feeding. The results of this study showed that the addition of lactobacillus bacteria isolated from the intestines of Barbus grypus in the diet of common carp increased the beneficial micro flora population of intestinal microflora and ultimately improved growth performance and feed utilization.
